Slack Information: The App may request access to your Slack workspace and its associated data, including but not limited to your profile information, messages, and channel information.
User Content: The App may process and store the content, messages, files, and information that you send through the App for the purpose of providing the services.
Usage Data: We may collect usage information, such as the actions you perform within the App, the frequency of your use, and any errors or crashes encountered.
Our app only collects information that is sent to it directly, via direct message or when the bot is directly mentioned. We do not store or log other messages or information about your Slack activity. App does not access past or archived messages.
We utilize the personal information we gather from you and your customersto give the service and to operate the app. Moreover, we utilize this personal information to speak with you, streamline or improve the application and furnish you with data or promoting identifying with our products or services. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, new services and other updates. We share your personal information with our partner and child company in cases where they need for business purposes.
We do not store any data that we don’t need for our operations. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. It will not be made available to any party outside of the authorized Slack team.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you.
By installing and using our Slack app, users are providing us with their consent to collect and process their personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information at any time. To make such a request, users should contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.
Data deletion requests related to the whole Slack workspace may require additional confirmation that:
a) the app is no longer used by the workspace;
b) the request comes from the user who is a workspace administrator.
We will automatically delete all data related to the Slack workspace 12 months after app is removed.

If we learn of a security systems breach, we will inform you and the authorities of the occurrence of the breach in accordance with applicable law.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Any information related to Slack workspace is stored in the Linode cloud center located in Toronto, Canada.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us to remove the information.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately by sending a notification to all registered users via email regarding such an update. You should review this notice regularly for changes. Your continued use of our app or services following the posting of any changes to this notice means you accept such changes.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, constructed and entered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. All disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard in the courts situated at Surat, India.
