- Write and submit compelling proposals, ensuring high response rates and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present business development strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, handling negotiations and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, and follow-ups.
Skills for Business Development Executive
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or online bidding for IT services.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international clients.
- Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and client handling.
- Understanding of technology terminologies and trends related to web development, mobile apps, and SaaS products.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in bidding platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
