Roles & Responsibilities for Support Executive Job in Surat

  • Be an active part of the Client Delivery or Client Monitoring Team and provide end-to-end internal and external
  • implementation support for iDentixweb Pvt. Ltd.
  • Customer support on live chat, call, mail and remote session
  • Product Training to clients
  • Bind to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for support provided to them
  • Should have knowledge on email, web application, e-commerce
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Providing technical support to clients when required
  • Managing ticketed query system
  • Self-motivated, ready to go for working in rotational shift, overtime
  • Must have enthusiasm and hunger to learn the things related to work, proactive for self-training
  • Should provide high availability as and when required
  • Doing troubleshooting and solving queries
  • Taking customer’s feedback
  • Customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining proper records of your work

Skills for Support Executive

  • Must have good verbal and written communication in English
  • HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge beneficial
