Usually, if Shopify’s “password protected” feature is enabled (it’s default enabled on new stores), it prevents the App from showing.
In your online store’s main Shopify dashboard, go into Online Store > Preferences and scroll to the bottom to disable password protection (uncheck the “Enable password page” box).
